2015 is rapidly coming to a close. And the bloggity here is going with it. I barely started reading posts on here again within the last two or three days. It isn’t that I’m not interested, it’s that in the mornings I’m either sleeping or getting ready for work. And at night I’m usually watching a TV show or basketball game. But I’m just making excuses. I read a bunch of posts last night. And hopefully I will before bed tonight too. All I can do is try. Anyway, let’s talk about November stats.

Welp. Lows across the board. Of course. Basically what I’ve come to expect at this point. My girlfriend says it best. I’m still on WordPress quite a bit, but I’m not really into it. *sad face* I’m trying, guys.
The one interesting thing that came out of November is that I’m thinking of doing one of two things. Maybe both. I’m thinking of reviving my sports blog OR turning that into a YouTube channel. Probably doesn’t make much sense, but the reason I don’t make more videos on my current channel is because I need to be reading something in order to make a video. Whereas in sports there is ALWAYS something for me to talk about. Always. I guess we’ll see. Now for some posts.

Saturday Selects #21: My problem with football
No surprise about the top post this month. NaNo is something people are always interested in reading about, and I think I wrote a handful of posts against it in November. Yikes. I’m crazy. Hm. What else? The Hunger Games movies ended for me, which means the series is officially over. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t just a little saddened by this. I love Katniss and that series so much. More than I’ll likely enjoy any series ever again. And it’s over. Maybe one day I’ll go against my rereading rule and reread those three books. Wouldn’t hurt to relive the rebellion with Katniss once again. Wouldn’t hurt at all.
So that’s it. My month in a tiny nutshell. How was your November?

I wouldn’t force blogging on days you’re not into it. It’s supposed to be enjoyable, right? I know your platform works well because you post every day, but I know successful bloggers who only post on Mondays, or even less frequently. I think you have a good wealth of followers now that you can afford to be less frequent, if it suits you (although I will say, I always look forward to your daily posts!)

Yep. But rewatching isn’t quite the same as rereading those three. And I know. But I like always having something new on here. Eh. We’ll see. I’ve gone everyday since January. Obviously not on my old schedule, but still. Hmm.

I was absent due to moving back across country, getting sick, moving to a new place, starting a new job, and… oh yeah… doing NaNo. I know you’re firmly against, but it was a good experience, and not nearly as stressful as people made it out to be. Hopefully I’ll get back into the swing of things. But, bonus! I’ve been a lot more active on Twitter lately! After all my griping about it, I’ve jumped on that bandwagon. I feel like I’ve come over to the dark side.

I also got sick. But it didn’t last long, thankfully. Is your NaNo project something you’ll be working more on? And I still like Twitter, but I just don’t use it much now.

Absolutely! It’s a really good book, if I do say so myself. Dark and dangerous and totally unlike me. Which is why I’m so proud of it. I’m taking a short break from it to work on my second fantasy book, which is what I was hoping to accomplish with NaNo, but I’ll be getting back into it in January. I’m not very good at leaving big stories like that unfinished.

Yeah, it’s crazy. Lots of death and destruction. It’s set in the future, the 26th century, after the nuclear holocaust and the population of the Earth is greatly diminished. It’s called Forbidden Blue because the color blue and all its derivatives are forbidden. Mostly because it causes peaceful thoughts and tranquility and the people who run the world then don’t want that. Humans live in the few cities left on Earth that are encased in crystal boxes because the previous generations destroyed the atmosphere and the wilderness to get rid of anything blue-like, so it’s not safe to breathe or live, really, outside of the cities. And humans are basically human cattle. So it’s about this movement and these people who are essentially traitors to the society and systematically plan the destruction of all the cities and the assassinations of the all the leads. The words tyranny, flesh, broken, agony, destruction, death, and a host of other dark words make up a majority of the descriptions. When I go back through, I’ll edit those to different things, but with NaNo, I was just getting the plot down.
Did I explain this at all, or does it make no sense?
