In 2016 I hosted my very own reading challenge for the first time. Of course I didn’t even complete it myself. So now I’m upping the stakes! Last year’s challenge included 20 books. This year’s includes 25. Branch out and read along with me as 2017 unfolds and I continue to diversify my habits. Take a screenshot, share on your social media accounts, and take up the challenge starting on January 1!
Once again the only rule is that you can’t use the same book for multiple requirements. And don’t reread if you can help it!

Well, while you did not complete it, it was a good challenge. I like that you kept it at 25. Some challenges go crazy. While I may read a ton of books, it is nice to still have some “free” time 🙂

I think most of the really popular ones I’ve seen are usually 40+. I just think that’s asking someone to read a lot of books they probably wouldn’t read otherwise.

I think 25 allows enough to encourage a little branching out and diversity while also freeing up time for knocking out a few “just because” books 🙂

Woohoo!!! Another reading challenge! I’ll be sure to repost if you’re cool with that. I’m going to try and plan out some of the books this year. Last year’s challenge I fulfilled simply by the volume of books read, but I’ll try for some organization this time around. Happy New Year!
